Shuler scoops senior management position at CME Group

Chicago-based derivatives exchange CME Group, has named David Shuler as managing director of alliance and venture management. He will be responsible for directing CME Group's investments in new businesses and strategic partnerships, and will be reporting to Ken Vroman, managing director and chief corporate development officer.

Before joining CME Group, Shuler served as senior vice-president of exchange solutions for NYSE Technologies, where he headed NYSE Euronext's exchange technology business.
