NDFA delivers Fixed Income and Growth Kick Out Plans

NDFA has launched its Fixed Income Plan September 08, which draws on the tax efficiencies for dividend income from non-UK shares. This effectively enables basic rate taxpayers to receive non-UK dividends tax-free and higher rate taxpayers have rates reduced to 25%.

The five-year Fixed Income Plan September 08 is linked to two indexes, the FTSE 100 and the DJ Eurostoxx 50. The plan provides an annual income of 9% comprising 60 monthly payments of 0.72% of the amount invested. These monthly payments are fixed for the investment term and are paid regardless of the performance of the indexes during the term. The plan has a 50% protection barrier, which if breached, exposes capital repayment at maturity to the performance of the worst performing index. The
