BZ Group owner charged with trading misdeeds

In a people risk and alleged insider trading case, Martin Ebner, the Swiss financier and owner of BZ Group and BZ Bank was charged in November 2002 with trading misdeeds connected to his ownership of shares in Italian tyre manufacturer Pirelli
